We designed this oyster and seafood sauce because we felt there was a real need for this type of product. Having traveled to numerous seafood markets and restaurants along the east coast of the United States, we were disappointed to find there weren't any really good condiments to go along with those delicious oysters on the half-shell. The usual 'cocktail sauce' didn't seem to do the oysters justice. And most of the 'house' accompaniments didn't cut it either!

     So we decided to create a sauce. After much trial and error we created a sauce that will accentuate the subtle flavors of your favorite oysters. We think you'll agree!!

     After completing the sauce recipe, we decided to try it with other seafood. We used it with clams, scallops and other shellfish and found the flavors matched very well. It was equally suited splashed on grilled or broiled fish steaks.

     A last suggestion we have is to use it as a quick marinade for your favorite seafood. Our favorite to date is for shrimp. It's easy; no fussing in the kitchen over what ingredients to use. Simply add one bottle of "Oyster and Seafood Sauce" per pound of shrimp and let it marinade one to two hours and you're done. Cook as you normally would - and don't forget to dip some good crusty bread in the broth.
